Partner Financial are working with a high growth biopharmaceutical business following a new funding round in 2019 which will facilitate a shift into developing product for the clinical market. Additionally, the business is also expanding its Board and Senior Management capabilities, in anticipation of likely revenue increases and funding activity in the US and UK which will create opportunities for further development.
The requirement for the role has arisen due to anticipated change and project activity. This will include setting up of the US entity, restructuring the tax position, implementing new systems, risk frameworks and other key structural components.
The successful candidate will be available to start in the next 4 weeks.

Key Responsibilities
- Developing a content management system to drive quality and efficiency in presentation
- Managing information flow and communication
- Business partnering internal and external stakeholder, including executives and external advisors
- Building and running a programme of activity across multiple workstreams; developing policy, reporting, and tracking process
- Experienced gained in an environment going through business transformation
- Proven programme and project management experience
- Highly skilled at information management and how best to present content to senior stakeholders
- Solution focused individual who is adaptable and comfortable with change
- Previous worked in a consulting delivery environment is advantageous
- Part qualified accountant is desirable
