An experienced, service driven Senior Real Estate Litigation Solicitor is wanted for a senior opportunity with a highly regarded West End law firm. Acting for landlords and tenants of (commercial property focused), your day to day duties will include the delivery of succinct, commercial, value for money legal advice on a broad range of contentious property matters including lease extensions, renewals, assignments and sub-lettings, enfranchisement, service charge disputes, possession proceedings, dilapidation claims, trespass, boundary disputes, rights of way and CPO's.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 4 years experience gained in a reputable London law; possess solid knowledge of their subject matter particularly property sited in the capital; be minded to deliver high levels of client servicing and driven to develop their business network.
