Currently, we're hiring Company Secretaries to join us with:

• Part or full ICSA qualification
• A strong background from within a Company Secretarial function, ideally with at least 2+ years' experience
• Desire to provide excellent client service and an ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders
• The ability to adapt to new situations and work environments and a thirst for new challenges
• Excellent knowledge of the Companies Act 2006 and the UK Corporate Governance Code, BluePrint experience is a plus

The responsibilities for this role will include:

• Advising clients on corporate secretarial and governance best practice
• Supporting clients with compliance and transactional work
• Assisting clients with one-off large-scale assignments, such as corporate restructuring and legal entity simplification projects
• Administering, attending, and minuting Board and Committee meetings
• Maintain the company statutory books including accurate registration of changes the business structure
• Taking on a variety of other company related administrative duties as required
