Description

The Procurement Solicitor will deal with non contentious Procurement matters advising contracting authorities and entities across a variety of sectors including central and local government, health and utilities. You will advise bidders to the public sector, assist Litigation colleagues with contentious procurement challenges and judicial reviews. You will support the Partners on pitches and business development.

Profile

You will be a Procurement Solicitor who is working in a law firm, In-house or in public sector. The successful candidate will have previously dealt with large procurement projects and have experience on running procurement processes, advising on structuring a procurement outside of the relevant regimes and advising on framework agreement and risk. You will have ties to the Leeds area.
