up to GBP50,249 p.a.
An exciting opportunity for a skilled leader to work as part of an established partnership team in a college which values and supports this growing area of work.
Nescot is looking to appoint a Deputy Director for Strategic Partnerships to help lead the management and development of its innovative and growing partnership work. You will support the Director for Strategic Partnerships in the planning, implementation and monitoring of partnership projects and contracts. You will help to ensure that Nescot's partners deliver the highest quality education and training.
You will have delegated strategic and operational responsibilities from the Director. We are seeking a leader who understands and has experience of partnerships, funding and curriculum. We need a self–starter who can work flexibly and can develop, secure and maintain partnership projects to provide the skills and training needed by employers and communities.
The successful candidate must have experience of managing sub–contracting within the further and higher education sector. Experience of joint ventures is advantageous. You will have excellent communication skills and integrity as an outward facing representative for the College. You will act as a champion for innovative practice and will, seek out and implement, best practices to constantly improve and develop partnership provision.
