Futuremost Ltd require a Finance Manager, to work 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with growth potential to 37.5 hours. The hours are flexible but 5 days a week is required.
Objective: To ensure a timely, accurate and efficient running of the Finance/Accounts Department. Ensure all customers, suppliers and salary payments are made on time. Ensure all reports and returns are submitted accurately and within deadlines.
Principal Accountabilities:
* Management of Sage 50 accounts including:
* Sales ledger/purchase ledger
* Purchase orders/products and services
* Nominal ledger/chart of accounts
* Trial balance, profit and loss, and balance sheet
* Journal entries/departmental analysis
* Bank reconciliations/statements
* VAT returns/submissions
* CIS sub–contractors
* Customers/suppliers including payments and credit control
* End of year preparation to audit
* Daily banking
* Stock reconciliation
* WIP / managing month end projects spreadsheet
* Debt chasing
* Pension contributions and correspondence
* Weekly and monthly payroll
* Commercial support regarding valuations, WIP, setting up customer files and ensuring the jobs are completed and ready for moving into retention
* Finance support for the Chairman
* Management of 1 x Accounts Assistant
Salary is GBP30,000 pro–rota
