The ideal Construction Litigation Solicitor will have an excellent academic record and will be practising with a leading national or international law firm. Ideally you will have a dedicated construction litigation experience on matters such as ADR, adjudication and mediation, professional negligence, dealing with matters in the TCC and contractual interpretation. Those who have general commercial litigation experience with exposure to construction and a desire to specialise are also encouraged to apply.
