As the new Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for:
- General corporate legal advice
- Corporate governance and project-based work
- Providing legal advice and managing relationships with senior stakeholders
- Drafting of commercial agreements
- Managing legal risk to meet the commercial and strategic needs of the organisation
The business looks to appoint an In-House Legal Counsel who demonstrates:
- 3-7 years' PQE
- A background in corporate and/or commercial law
- Excellent credentials from a leading law firm or similar financial services institution
