Business Development Manager – UK&I / Global
Adecco is recruiting a BDM for one of the UK's leading Manufacturers in their Market. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with BDM/ Account Manager experience to upskill in a new sector with a secure and long–standing employer.
This role is ideal for someone with a proven sales success and evidence of winning new significant customers.
Sales
Identify, Target and Win New Key Account Business
Provide quotes for customers to achieve agreed financial targets (Sales and Margin)
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Project manage tender process involving all relevant areas of the business to ensure tender is financially viable and commercial risk is minimised
Liaise with purchasing to develop joint approaches to major prospect customers
Grow existing customers sales and profit by constantly seeking opportunities to extend volume, range and own brand offeringCustomer Service
Maintain existing business through effective customer contact including regular visits
Maintain price files and advise customers of increases and manage expectations to ensure business is retainedThe Benefits
