Highly Successful law firm with a truly International reach aims to enhance their presence in Birmingham with the appointment of an Insolvency Solicitor.

You will ideally have developed a broad skill set in Insolvency matters and relish the chance of working on a variety on Insolvency,Restructuring and Corporate Recovery matters.

With Individual and Corporate clients issues may well cover:

• Bankruptcy
• Individual voluntary arrangements (IVA)
• Administrations
• Receiverships
• Liquidations
• Company voluntary arrangements
• Company re-structures and re-financing
• Claims against Directors.

With regard to level It is thought that the successful Insolvency Solicitor will have in the region of 4,5,6 or more years experience, to enable them to have accumulated the breadth of expertise that will be required and have developed a thriving contact base.
