You will ideally have developed a broad skill set in Insolvency and Corporate Recovery matters and now relish the chance of working on a variety of Insolvency, Restructuring and Corporate Recovery matters.

With Individual and Corporate clients issues may well cover:

• Bankruptcy
• Individual voluntary arrangements (IVA)
• Administrations
• Receiverships
• Liquidations
• Company voluntary arrangements
• Company re-structures and re-financing
• Claims against Directors.

With regards to level as the role is so diverse it is thought that the successful Insolvency Solicitor will have in the region of 2,3,4 or more years post qualification experience to have developed the range of expertise that may be required.
