JOB TITLE: Residential Property Solicitor PQE REQUIRED: 5+ Years' PQE LOCATION: Milton Keynes SALARY: Competitive + 25 days' holiday, Private Health, Pension, Health Cover plus additional benefits
THE ROLE: This is a great opportunity to work for a firm with a clear and strategic vision on where they want to be in the future. Our client is looking for an additional Residential Property Solicitor to join their established and expanding team. This exciting opportunity would be perfect for an experienced solicitor to progress their career and make a substantial difference to the already progressive department. The team handle a range of high-value and complex residential property transactions across this affluent location. THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate will have between 5+ years' PQE and be self-sufficient. Able to demonstrate a strong technical understanding of all elements of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion, you will be responsible for a busy and varied caseload to include Residential Sales and Purchases, Re-Mortgaging, Transfer by Deed of Gift and Equity Release, Land Option Agreements and Deeds of Variation.
