This Leicester based Law Firm has a new opportunity for a Property Solicitor to join its expanding team. The Firm has a full service offering and has been assisting its strong client base of individuals, families and businesses for over 150 years.

Your new role

With an increase in workload and planning for succession, you will initially be working on a commercial property portfolio but will also have the opportunity to work with and learn from other partners who focus on residential property work (if this is of interest). Long-term you will have the option to continue to specialise in commercial property or keep a broader/mixed portfolio of work.

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 4 yrs pqe, who is proficient in dealing with the full remit of commercial property matters. Residential property and property disputes experience would be advantageous but not essential. You will be passionate about working with clients to deliver results and be keen to make your mark in the sector.
