Client

You will be joining a hugely successful and well-known household brand name organisation in the pharmaand healthcare sectors,currently enjoying sustained growth and expansion.

Role

You will be based in Germany so as to be able to service the German needs and arms of the business and deal with local German senior European management. You will also be able to undertake significant amounts of flexible working/WFH to suit your own needs and personal situation.

You will undertakean extremely diverse in-house role, drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and advising on various day to day legal issues.

You will report directly into the European Head of Legaland you will enjoy direct and immediate exposure to various internal stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

You

You will either be aqualified Germanlawyerwith approximately 5-10 years' PQE/working legal experience or you will have significant prior experience working with the German legal system. You will have spent time both working in a well-known law firm and also in-house. You will be fluent in English and German.

Prior sector relevant experience would beadvantageousbut is not a pre-requisite.
