Employment Lawyer, 5+ PQE, Nottinghamshire - An experienced Employment Solicitor is sought by this leading organisation to join as a key player in their thriving legal team to assist the team on an interim basis.
JOB TITLE: Employment Lawyer PQE REQUIRED: 5+ years LOCATION: Nottinghamshire
THE ROLE: An unmissable opportunity has arisen to enhance your career with a highly regarded organisation, providing interim cover for a period of at least 2-3 months. They have a number of regional offices and offer an interesting variety of work. You will be handling a mixed caseload of complex contentious and non-contentious employment matters with exposure to some personal injury work. You will be tested on your ability to also deal with miscellaneous matters that may arise. Excellent team working skills are imperative to this role. The role is best suited to a natural leader with an interest in embedding and promoting a cohesive and supportive team environment.
THE CANDIDATE: The successful Employment Lawyer will be a qualified Solicitor or Barrister and possess a minimum of five years PQE in Employment Law. Ideally, you will have some experience within Claimant Personal Injury. Your expertise will span both contentious and non-contentious matters and you will thrive in an advisory role. You may have gained previous experience from either a private practice or public sector background, and you will have ideally gained some experience of working on union-related matters. This is an office based role for 35 hours a week and boasts market leading annual leave entitlement.
