This market leading, friendly and progressive firm have a fantastic opportunity for an Associate/Senior Associate Solicitor to join their Tax, Trusts and Estates Team in Hampshire. Our client is renowned for its focus on building trusted, long-term relationships with high net worth clients, but also for being an enjoyable place to work!
The successful candidate will have a broad base of private client skills and will already be involved in advising individuals and families on all aspects of their wealth and succession planning, including complex wills and trust drafting and powers of attorney. You will also be regularly advising trustees on domestic taxation and asset structuring, in addition to managing probate matters and complex estate administration. You will have a good knowledge of all UK capital taxes, especially inheritance tax. Some knowledge of offshore elements of UK tax and cross-border succession planning is also useful.
