Interaction Recruitment is working with a high–growth, VC backed SaaS vendor that are looking to appoint a VP of Sales. They currently turnover GBP5m and forcasted to turnover GBP10m next year. And they have some great reference sites, such as ASOS, Missguided, FCUK and ASDA, to name a few.

As VP of Sales you will be required to manage everything relating to the overall sales process – from developing and implementing an annual Sales Plan to forecasting & planning. You will lead and develop the Go To market Teams (Sales Development, Sales, Account management Sales Ops & potentially Marketing). You will collaborate with the marketing team to drive the right quantity and quality of leads through campaigns, trade shows etc. You'll work with Human Resources to ensure a high–quality talent identification and acquisition process is in place. You'll also work with Finance to ensure competitive compensation plans, that drive both growth and the right behaviours required to deliver consistent success.

To apply for this VP of Sales role you must fulfil the following criteria:

You are an experienced Sales Leader in the SaaS industry.
With 4 years+ experience of leading sales teams that sell SAAS solutions to enterprise brands
Somebody who can take a small team with emerging specialised functions and develop that into a successful customer acquisition and retention model
Experience in eCommerce and/or logistics SaaS solutions (desirable)
