Chartered Project Manager – Heavy Civils

A plan for a large regional distribution hub in the North West is under way and in preparation for the main scheme, enabling works are currently in situ. In early 2021 work will progress to the main works and the contractor has highlighted the need for a Project Manager.

The project will include all manner of infrastructure including rail, highways and marine so the person in charge on site will need to have a good amount of technical knowledge across the civil engineering disciplines and hold (or be very close to) chartership status with the Institute of Civil Engineers.

The main part of the scheme is likely to be valued in excess of GBP50m so we're looking for someone who has taken control of high value, heavy civils schemes in the past.
