Corporate Solicitor. BCL Legal is delighted to be instructed in the recruitment of a corporate solicitor to join this top tier corporate team within this leading top 100 law firm. This is to join the office in Cheltenham.
The Role:
· Working on top quality deals with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and private equity as well as sales and asset management.
· Business development and networking.
Candidate Requirements:
· You will have atleast 5 years' PQE and be able to manage a caseload with minimal supervision
* This candidate will be able to show that they have a good technical knowledge.
* Be able to show that you have a great team ethic and have excellent communication skills.
