My client, a top 100 UK law firm with offices in Bristol is looking for an experienced lawyer to join their professional indemnity team.
In this role you will be dealing with a wide variety of claims against professionals including solicitors, insurance brokers, accountants and financial advisers. You will predominately be involved with defending liability claims both pre and post litigation. However, there is also scope to be involved in regulatory issues, risk management and Ombudsman complaints
This is really varied role and will provide the successful applicant with the opportunity to to work in a highly successful, supportive and expanding team. You will be given the chance to work with a number of partners on different matters including high value and complex cases.
