The Role
- A varied workload, advising international clients on the Guernsey law elements of high-value cross-border transactions.
- Exposure to matters spanning corporate, banking and finance, funds and financial services.
- Lots of client contact and an encouragement to really get involved from the outset, ideal for a lawyer who wants to develop their commercial as well as technical expertise.
- Great team - friendly, down-to-earth and collegiate, with plenty of ambition to grow the practice and offers a good career path to its lawyers.
- Two roles - one suiting someone likely to have 2-4 years' pqe and one suiting slightly more senior applicants, around 4-6 years' pqe.
