The Role
The Role
- Advising an impressive international client base, typically alongside leading onshore law firms, on the Jersey law aspects of high-value cross-border disputes.
- Involvement in a broad range of contentious work spanning mainstream commercial/contractual disputes, specialist banking and financial services disputes, insolvency, fraud, and asset tracing.
- Plenty of client contact and opportunities to take on responsibility from the outset, making this an ideal role for an ambitious, career-minded lawyer.
- NQ to 1 year pqe, ideally including at least one seat in high-value commercial litigation.
- Experience in a leading UK commercial law firm, or with a offshore firm.
- Genuine interest in building your career offshore, at least for the medium term.
