Senior Mechanical Project Manager – Pharmaceutical
We are offering an experienced Project Manager to join an established team in a very niche sector of the construction market. To be considered for the role, you will need experience on pharmaceutical experience having delivered cleanrooms, laboratory, and research facility projects.
The role:
* Lead and deliver complex multi–disciplined projects
* Provide technical assistance and expertise to site operatives and subcontractors
* Build on and grow existing client relationship
* Ensure compliance to company and client procedures
* Manage projects from inception to completion
* Programming and scheduling of works to meet deadlines
* Management and review of H&S
* Implement and oversee Commissioning and QA process
* Liaison with design team, subcontractor, and client to ensure smooth lifecycle
* Take commercial lead in delivery of projects to budget alongside commercial team
Experience:
* HNC/HND in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering
* SMSTS / IOSH
* CSCS Black Card
* Experience delivering projects within a Laboratory, Research Facility environment
