Legal Counsel - Hamburg, Germany (with significant opportunities for flexible working/WFH arrangements)
Client
You will be joining a hugely successful household brand name organisation in thehealth sector,currently enjoying continued growth and expansion.
Role
You will be based at the organisation's Hamburgoffices in Germany. You will also be able to undertake significant amounts of flexible working/WFH to suit your own needs and personal situation.
You will undertakean extremely diverse in-house role, advising on M&A/Corporate matters, drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and advising on various day to day legal issues.
You will report directly into the General Counseland you will enjoy direct and immediate exposure to various internal stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
Youwill be rewarded with a highly attractive remuneration package including lucrative bonus element.
You
You will be aqualified Germanlawyerwith approximately 1-5years' PQE/working legal experience. You will have acquired a range of previous experiences in relation to M&A/Corporate matters. You will be fluent in English and German.
