The Role
You will be experienced in, and required to carry out the following:
- A mixed caseload of transactional corporate cases and non-contentious insolvency cases
- Mergers and acquisitions,
- Corporate restructures,
- Shareholder agreements and other commercial documents, such as joint venture agreements, and trade agreements.
As our ideal candidate you will:
- Have at least 2 years PQE in the corporate field
- Have managed a similar case load
- Be client focused
- Be adaptable and thrive on a challenge
- Be used to working with case management systems
