The Role
This firm is seeking a Property Solicitor 3+ PQE to join their friendly yet professional team in Cheltenham.
The department has grown significantly in recent years due to increased workflow. You will find that there is a consistent stream of quality referrals, you will deal with a high-quality of work, this will include; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold, Re-mortgages, Lease extensions and some other matters.
You will be provided with a platform of administrative support and senior mentoring; the firm promotes a good work life balance and manageable caseloads, while charging well for the work they do.

Requirements
- You will be a Property Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE, and I would encourage candidates of all levels to apply, salary is commensurate)
- You will be able to manage a general residential property caseload with confidence
- You will have a network of clients, have a strong referral rate or have a track record in retaining and developing business.
- Strong communication skills are essential
