Chadwick Nott are recruiting for an experienced Corporate Solicitor for a role which can be based remotely full time.
The firm are an established multi service law firm based in the North West but you could be based anywhere in the UK, as long as you would be able to travel to the office from time to time.
The role will involve assisting a Partner on a varied caseload of transactional corporate and non-contentious insolvency matters, including shareholder agreements, M&A, share and asset sales and purchases, restructuring and some commercial work.
We are keen to hear from candidates with 2 PQE + gained in a corporate department.
