This role is a great opportunity for a Housing Advocate to join this welcoming council, conducting interesting work and cases. The council also offer flexible working patterns.

The council are ideally looking for a barrister or lawyer with High Rights, due to the advocacy-focused nature of the role.
The Housing Advocate will work remotely, but given the court work of this role, the advocate should be able to travel into the local area.

The Housing Advocate will be:
- Getting instructed by the Housing Lawyers on the full range of housing law matters, such as, disrepair, ASBs, possessions, etc.
- Conducting advocacy in a range of Courts
- Handling Judicial Review matters and some appeals
