Overview of Role:
The role holder is responsible for upholding and promoting adherence and compliance to the Order to Cash (OTC) process design and leading the delivery and performance of the activities aligned to the process area for the business supported by the London OTC team.
The OTC Manager is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that all change initiatives are managed in line with new processes and with appropriate governance. Responsible for upholding and promoting adherence and compliance to the OTC global process design and leading the delivery and performance of the activities aligned to the process area.
The OTC Manager will be responsible for supporting resolution of significant performance or process issues and will be a key point of contact for senior stakeholders.
Candidate Profile:
This role would suit an experienced Order Cash Manager, who has operated within a global listed business, working for a FTSE 250+ or an equivalent organisation. In addition to the core O2C experience, strong management and team leadership is required, as the team and individual team members could benefit from an improved structure, performance review, personal development, objective setting and career planning.

Key Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
- Experienced Order to Cash (O2C) Manager / Senior Manager and gained within a FTSE 250+ / equivalent PLC
- Direct experience of leading a team of 5 or more and demonstrating management experience outlined above
- European, International or Global Experience of O2C
- Experience of using NetSuite is advantageous
