Senior Finance Manager
Ignata Finance are delighted to be supporting a rapidly-growing PE backed business in the appointment of a Senior Finance Manager for a newly created position. Based in East Sussex, our client has grown impressively across the last 2-3 years and now generates annual sales in excess of £200 million. In order to make the business ready for the next phase of their expansion plans they have identified this key hire as an important addition to a finance function that is striving to be “best in class”.
The successful candidate will enjoy a broad and varied role. You will have full responsibility for the reporting and supporting analysis of a number of key business units.
Responsibilities:
Location: Sussex
Salary: £60k-£70k

Responsibilities:
- Ownership of the recording and reporting of the results for business segment in compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Preparation and delivery of financial analysis, forecasts, budgets, cashflows and other key management information
- Monitoring of spend, in line with budgets and identifying areas of underperformance
- Effective liaison with all stakeholders
- Provide support during the audit
- Responsibility for the preparation of statutory accounts
- Strong desire and proactive approach to supporting the finance function and wider business in the continuous development and improvements to operating efficiency and effectiveness
- Management and coaching of direct reports to support their career development
