Five at Heart is the leader in bicycle parking and change rooms facilities (End of Trip) and our mission is to change the way people move.

Our products are designed by riders for riders with a goal of making it easier for everyone to get on their bike and feel five at heart again.

We are an Australian company by birth and are well established in the UK as the leader in the end of trip market, with many prestigious clients and projects in the portfolio. Our offerings include design consulting, product design and delivery and ongoing towel services primarily within commercial office buildings.

The rise in active commuting in our cities is driving our need to expand and recruit for the key role of Business Development Manager.

Role Introduction

You should be a great communicator and a natural closer with an eye for detail and technical selling.

As a self starter, you will be responsible for running your own territory selling to end clients and contractors and hitting volume.

Our BDMs work as a tight unit with the User Experience team and Head of Engagement to deliver profitable projects to the company in a way that seems effortless.

Key Responsibilities:

* Engaging clients, projects and prospects through meetings, calls, emails and pitches within the pipeline to achieve outlined sales targets

* Accurately track pipeline within Hubspot and predicting project/ deals closing value in GPC and timeline

* Engage with stakeholders in our secondary/ institutional markets including Universities, Transport Hubs, Hospitals, residential and Airports

* Champion Hubspot and FAH's disciplined approach to interacting with the system to improve data quality and create relevant actions

* Use FAH tools to support all sales activities, ensuring you're continually pushing and delivering what has been promised within the timeframes outlined
