We currently have an opportunity for an experienced change management professional to join our team, who are focused on developing and deploying strategies and solutions that make a lasting and meaningful impact to our clients.
The Change Agent / Change Manager (Advanced Manufacturing) Role
As an Operations Performance Improvement Change Agent, you'll lead and support supplier and supply chain operational performance improvement programmes within advanced manufacturing companies across the UK.
Your responsibilities will include, although not be limited to:
* Facilitating the development and deployment of strategies
* Mentoring Directors and leaders at client sites through the improvement process
* Coaching leaders and teams through a knowledge transfer process to ensure sustainable improvement
* Driving policy deployment and implementing company–wide visual management and control rooms
* Deploying LEAN practices, inventory reduction and OEE improvement programmes to ensure bottom line impact
* Driving improvement in the sales and operational planning process to maximise effectiveness
* Conducting business process reengineering and new systems design specifications
What will I need in order to be considered for this Change Agent / Change Manager vacancy?
* Proven experience working within a change management role in the advanced manufacturing sector (preferably in either aerospace, automotive, or advanced engineering) to encompass demonstrable experience of the following:
* Mentoring senior leaders through the change process
* Leading and supporting supplier and supply chain development programmes
* Leading operational improvement and change management projects
* Working with ERP systems
* Training, coaching and mentoring to sustain operational improvements
* Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing principles and Six Sigma
* Willingness to travel frequently across the UK
