Established in September 2019, the Trustees of the East Anglian Schools Trust have agreed to create a permanent, full–time post of Chief Executive Officer. Based in Woodbridge, you will join us on a full time, permanent basis starting from 1st September 2021 and in return, you will receive a highly competitive salary of GBP109,645 – GBP119,460 per annum plus benefits.

About the Chief Executive Officer role:

We are offering a new and rewarding opportunity for an aspirational and high performing leader who can combine passion and drive to improve educational outcomes and life chances for young people with strategic leadership and effective people and financial management skills.

As Chief Executive Officer you will be an enthusiastic individual who can provide inspirational leadership across our Multi–Academy Trust (MAT), you will be able to demonstrate that you have the drive to develop and grow the trust from the initial base of three successful secondary schools with over 5000 students.

What we are looking for in our ideal Chief Executive Officer:

You will have a proven track record of strategic leadership and sustainable school improvement as well as motivating and managing talented and dedicated staff in an educational setting. A genuine resonance with the ethos and values of the trust is essential.
