This is a field based role and will be required to cover sites in Wales and the South West of the UK.
A field leadership role that requires the role holder to lead and manage a group of franchise partners to deliver the Waves strategy, take accountability for the delivery of all customer, people and commercial performance goals to deliver a profitable, compliant business.

Main accountabilities and responsibilities:
* Lead, motivate, inspire, coach and develop a group of Franchise partners to deliver a balanced business performance.
* Implement and embed the strategy within your region and create a culture of high performance, excellent execution, first class standards and a passion for delivery across all sites and franchise partners.
* Ensure that the region consistently delivers an exceptional customer experience for new and existing customers, measured through customer feedback, mystery shops and observations.
* Drive and improve operational compliance on sites using an intelligence led approach, data from audit visits and finance.
* Maintain a detailed understanding of all aspects of the business including offers, products and services. Provide feedback through relevant channels from our customers and franchise partners.
* Maintain a detailed understanding of all aspects of the people situation including engagement, morale and standards providing regular feedback to FD and S&CM.
* Identify, highlight and minimize reputational risk to Waves through completion of site visits, observations and staff meetings as well as Audit checks.
Main actions to support delivery
* Ensure the continued growth and sustainability of our estate by completing assessments of potential new Franchisees and assessing potential supervisor candidates prior to training.
* Liaise with Tesco Management, to assure good lines of communication are achieved and maintained for all sites.
* Setup and Launch new operations/relaunch of resale sites working with the Franchise support team.
* Oversee site standards and continuous improvements.
* Conduct Reward Audit and business development visits.
* Work with Franchise partners to deliver business development plans
* Ensure customer complaints are handled in a professional and timely manner to minimize reputational risk through the Franchise Partner.
* Conduct Business Development Plans with Franchisees to create a stable and profitable network.
* Provide advice and assistance to Franchisee's with the adhering to all Policies and Procedures according to Waves Business manual.
* Train and develop Franchisees and Supervisors on marketing and customer service.
* Ability to conduct train and coach FP's and workers either on site or at the training centre.
* Complete full audits as required.
* Undertake ad–hoc projects as required
