We looking for a talented Finance Manager with Legal experience to join the London team.
It is essential that applicants have a strong finance and accounting background with a thorough understanding of the SRA Accounts Rules.

It is essential that applicants have a strong finance and accounting background with a thorough understanding of the SRA Accounts Rules.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing all aspects of the finance and accounting function
- Supporting thepreparation of monthly management accounts and year end reports and working with the reporting accountants in relation to SRA Accounts Rules audits
- Delivering financial reports to management
- Transformation and change management to assist in implementation of a new PM
- Management of all working capital components including rolling cashflow forecast
- Managing all statutory reporting including preparation of VAT returns and SRA Accounts
- Acting as the Compliance Officer for Finance and Administration (COFA)
- Implementing financial controls and governance that is suitable for a growing business
- Providing accurate information to the external payroll company
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Experience of working in a legal practice
- Having acted as the COFA of a law practice
- Experience in a senior finance role
