IN-HOUSE PROFESSIONAL NEGLIGENCE COUNSEL - PROPERTY
A leading UK property group is looking to appoint an In House Legal Counsel to manage a broad range of litigation, including professional negligence claims, in relation to residential and conveyancing matters. In particular you will deal with PI claims arising out of surveyor defects, residential valuation and conveyancing work, and other property related claims and notifications.
You will work closely with a number of key individuals across the group including the Head of Legal , the Group Legal Counsel and other individuals within the operational side of the business as well as external claims handlers and advisers.
