Project Manager

Approach Personnel are currently seeking a Contracts Manager with experience within the construction sector. The candidate MUST have experience with Student Accommodation as this is what the project will be based around. The position will run for a period of 3 months. Duties

Report into Operations Managers
Daily reports & communication is key
Lead the project team to deliver 'flagship projects'
Liaise with the client, design teams, consultants –
Identifying potential opportunities and risks
Collate spreadsheets & provide quotes
Ordering and purchasing
Manage sites
Experience / Requirements

Experience Contract / Project Management Education
Degree trained in Construction
Experience in Design and Build Contracts
Strong Communications Skills
Black CSCS / SMSTS / First Aid and any other relevant qualifications
