Sole Counsel - Non-Contentious Construction

A sole counsel opportunity has arisen for a mid-level/senior non-contentious construction lawyer to join this organisation in a standalone legal role to work alongside key stakeholders in the drafting and negotiation of construction contracts and advising on a whole host of commercial matters relevant to the business.

Suitable lawyers will have a minimum of 5-6 years non-contentious construction experience and will be able to work autonomously. Hybrid working (combination of work and home based) is expected but suitable individuals will live commutable from Teesside. UK experience only.
