Planning Lawyer

LAW Absolute are working with a local authority in East London who are seeking a locum planning solicitor with experience in regeneration matters. The role is being offered on the basis of an initial three month contract.

The successful Planning Regeneration Lawyer will be required to have experience of dealing with a large portfolio of regeneration work, including town development, regeneration of town centres and multi-million pound schemes. Knowledge of local government governance issues is essential. It is imperative you are able to exercise sole responsibility for the supervision and control of all legal work within the remit of regeneration related projects affecting the council.

Previous local authority regeneration experience would be advantageous. It is essential you have experience in this area and can carry a full project caseload with minimal supervision.
