The Company :
A multinational hardware/software business are searching for a Legal Counsel to join their team in Central London.
The Role :
Reporting to the VP- Law you would be joining a multi-faceted business, this is a tech focussed role largely involving negotiating technology focussed agreements . On offer is a good work life balance and competitive package.
You role will include but not be limited to;
• Draft, negotiate and review a variety of technology contracts
• Specifically negotiating agreements such as Perpetual SW License agreements, Software subscription, SAAS, Managed services contracts, Sale of hardware and hardware maintenance contracts
• Provide general Legal advice to the business, liaising with external counsel where necessary
• Advise on commercial and employment disputes
Profile description:
You :
The successful candidate will be/have;
• UK Qualified lawyer
• Experience working on Complex IT contracts (as listed in role requirements)
• A strong communicator, able to constructively challenge
• Experience working within numerous jurisdictions
