Our Client, a privately owned DefenceTech business with revenues approaching £100m, is about to embark upon the next stage in its impressive development. Having recently gone through a period of triple digit growth the company is now looking to hire a qualified Finance Operations Manager to help plan for and monitor a number of large scale international projects. Responsibilities?
The successful Candidate will be a qualified accountant able to demonstrate good technical experience coupled with excellent analytical skills and an appreciation for the commercial / operational nature of the business. The Candidate should, additionally, demonstrate excellent ‘Large scale project experience’ (£20m - £100m). Excellent written and oral communication skills are required as is an eye for detail and an awareness of deadlines. Please note, French speaking is preferred but not required.
Salary / Location?
The hired Finance Operations Manager will be rewarded with a base salary of £60,000 per annum. The role is based in the beautiful country of Monaco.

Responsibilities?
- Work closely with the business to understand and control the financial elements of major projects.
- Develop and monitor ‘trading plans’ and assist the Project Director in driving delivery.
- Develop project reporting including P&L, cashflow and risk.
- Be instrumental in establishing best practice Project Accounting.
- Develop the team by hiring of new heads.
