Head of Client Services

Remote, must be West Midlands based for office meetings once per week

WHO ARE WE?
We are is a fully integrated digital & web development agency based in two Midlands locations. The business has enjoyed a period of sustained growth and works with a range of clients from SME's through to Blue Chip corporate clientele on a variety of projects.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?
You will be looking after the business development efforts for both agencies ideally through retained business efforts. You will be part of the wider leadership team which in turn will allow you to strategically plan with the MD and Head of Operations as well as lead the account management team. You will need to have worked within a digital agency for the last 5+ years and have a very strong understanding of SEO, PPC, Social and Web Development. Senior–level negotiation skills are a must as well as feel confident presenting and pitching to internal and external stakeholders.
WE NEED YOU TO HAVE???
5+ years' experience – digital agency background is highly preferred
Exceptional new business and client facing skills
Highly experienced in account management & account growth
Solid experience in digital & web based projects – SEO, PPC, Social & Web Development.
