Joining an established Team of sustainability professionals in a large, reputable agency with offices in Central London (obviously you'd be working remotely for the time being but the offices are open should you wish to go in), your wealth of experience in the sustainability sector, in particular reporting will be welcomed and put to good use, engaging with multinational clients and working alongside the other Sustainability Director who focuses on strategy.
You'll be responsible for managing a small team of consultants so experience of having done this in the past is important, as is your ability to nurture talent and grow the Team further. This will include allocating resources, ensuring the right mix of skills and experience is utilised on various client briefs and making sure the work is delivered to the highest quality in a timely manner. You'll be responsible for a budget as well, so a strong commercial acumen is essential.
Do you enjoy talking to people? Super, as this will be key in engaging with both existing and new clients to ensure clients are happy and to secure new business. You'll be confident at putting together innovative and imaginative pitches, producing reports and compelling thought leadership pieces. You'll be leading projects so utilising your project management skills and working hard to make sure they are unique and offer something different based on individual clients' needs.
This is a key role in the business as the Director's possess commercial, technical, work winning, management and leadership qualities in abundance and are incredibly visible both within the company and externally, regularly speaking at events and conferences.
