Senior Legal Counsel, Perm, Northampton, Competitive Salary
Your new company
A leading UK waste and resource management company is looking to recruit a Senior Legal Counsel to focus on Commercial Projects and become part of an already strong in house team.
Your new role
You will act as a Senior Legal Counsel to the business in a wide range of commercial and corporate matters. You will be negotiating, drafting and reviewing a range of commercial contracts and O&M agreements. You will be asked to give legal advice to all levels of business and also liaise with external legal advisers.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be UK qualified lawyer with 5 years+ PQE experience preferably from an in house background. Previous experience in projects, construction and commercial environments would be highly advantageous. Also knowledge of a highly regulated sector would be an preferable.
