National role
GBP82,500 + GBP7,350 car allowance
Defence Infrastructure Services – MOD
Working with a leading FM service provider on one of their high profile Built Estate facilities maintenance contracts for the Ministry of Defence. Contracts being awarded at the end of 2020.
I am seeking candidates who may fill the important roles in the team that will both mobilise and deliver these works.
Relevant Experience:
Experience in similar position
CIMA or RICS
Experience of leading commercial management in high value/high complexity environment
Strong people leadership skills
Strong appreciation of contract law and financial management best practice
Summary of role:
Leading commercial function
Accountable for implementation of annual budgetary management and supporting the Buyer's ABC process (e.g. CIDP and FASP)
Ownership of commercial governance and contract compliance
Management of Fraud Prevention Policy and associated working practices
Other:
MoD Security Clearance
Qualifications:
Degree level or equivalent
