Planning Lawyer
LAW Absolute is assisting a local authority based in South London with their search for a Planning Lawyer. The role is for three months initially to start on a remote working basis.
The successful Planning Lawyer will be required to carry a full and varied caseload from the outset. You will be required to show experience dealing with S.106 agreements, s.278 agreements and a track record in providing general planning advice.
Our client is looking for a capable locum to the join their team on short notice. You will be required to work autonomously and without the need for supervision. Public sector experience is essential for this role. This role has arisen due to a peak in workload and therefore you must be able to hit the ground running. A current practising certificate is essential.
