A well recognised construction provider based in Kent are currently recruiting for a Legal Counsel with contentious background to join their growing In-House Legal team.
The Contentious Construction Lawyer will work closely with the General Counsel. The Legal Counsel will deal with a variety of high value disputes as well as managing cases in the county court small claims. Furthermore, you shall be dealing with claims relating to cladding and fire safety.
For this role it is essential that you are a qualified lawyer in England and Wales or other commonwealth jurisdiction and have a minimum of 4 years post qualification experience dealing with contentious matters relating to construction law, either in house or private practice. Ideal candidates will additionally have experience dealing with claims relating to cladding and/or fire safety.
