Our client; a FinTech start-up is looking for a new Head of Treasury to establish their Treasury function, reporting directly into the CFO. This role is absolutely crucial to the development of the business as they expand their operations worldwide, so will only be suitable for someone with high energy who can keep up with their fast paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:

- Establish the Treasury Strategy and implement processes and controls
- Build relationships with the banks globally to establish credit lines and working capital
- Develop liquidity management mechanisms and monitor FX arrangements
- Advise senior stakeholders on Treasury matters
- Manage Teams locally and across the globe
- Spearhead any future projects including a potential TMS implementation
- Previous experience at a start-up or having set up a Treasury function from scratch
- History in the tech or payments industry is a massive plus
- An entrepreneurial personality with high energy and drive, must be a good cultural fit
- TMS experience is an advantage
- As the no.1 in Treasury it’s essential to have excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Must be happy to travel in the future
