Senior HR Business Partner

Working in partnership with Company Shop – a recognised leader in ethical and sustainable retail – Cubed is inviting applications for this exciting new position, created to support the continued growth and success of the business.

For over 50 years – Company Shop has evolved to be the pre–eminent commercial re–distributor of food and household products in the UK – and is a trusted partner to some of the best known and respected retailers, manufacturers, food service and logistics providers in the country.

As a result of there continued growth they are looking for a Senior HRBP to join their existing team.

You will be responsible for supporting the HR Strategy, In it together with other Key Stakeholders in the business
Be the lead on key HR projects – Growth, Succession Planning, Competitive Benefits Company Shop Policies and Procedures – Making it Happen
Lead on Company Culture and employee engagement, Doing the Right thing being an ambassador for Company Shops values and mission
Be Creative and Make it Happen with Company Shops' Employee Benefits
Ideally you will have worked in a FMCG environment working, Retail, Supply chain & Distribution or manufacturing
CIPD Qualified level 5
Flexibility to travel throughout the UK to support all locations
