Joining a dedicated and innovative team you will be designing, developing and implementing highly customised Unified Communications and Contact Centre solutions for their corporate / enterprise–grade clients
Business Analyst – UC / CC – The role:
The company is well–established and offers a candid and collaborative working environment (no micro–management!) with first–class technologies.
This exciting position covers 50% customer–facing project delivery work, and 50% R&D and innovation duties, creating your own products and services. It will utilise your business analysis, design and client–facing abilities. Working closely with other departments (Development, Pre–Sales, Business Consultancy, etc) the role covers:
Detailed capturing and documenting of client requirements
Creating high level designs of solutions and applications, proposals and work statements
R&D work, examining new technologies and proof of conceptsBusiness Analyst – UC / CC – Requirements:
Candidates must have an extensive background as a business analyst, designing and developing solutions in UC (Unified Communication) and/or CC (Contact Centre) environments, with: –
AWS (or similar cloud technology)
Solution design using Enterprise Architect (or similar product)
UML–based toolsets
A good understanding of webservice and UI design
Process ModellingUseful experience covers: additional Cloud techs (e.g. Google, Azure, IBM) ; specific CC/UC products (e.g. Avaya Genesys, Amazon Connect, Google's CCAI, etc); Integration with CRM (e.g. Salesforce); Alarm monitoring (e.g. SNMP, WMI).
